My first foray into a classic drink-turned-cupcake recipe comes from the new Hummingbird Bakery, Home Sweet Home Cookbook. I got it for an absolute bargain of £7.49 in Sainsbury’s if you’re interested. I think this cupcake is one they sold in one of their specials – might have been the carnival range?
