Nutella & Salted Caramel Cookies
These two are a flavour combination made in heaven. I was one of those students who used to eat Nutella straight out of the jar instead of cooking an actual meal.. I’d quite happily keep doing the same now! These are simple to make, doesn’t require much effort and taste delicious, so read on for the recipe
I didn’t make my own salted caramel, I used a shop bought jar from Whole Foods (it’s still going strong!) but if you feel that way inclined, you can always make your own caramel and add a generous sprinkling of sea salt.
These cookies come out with a gooey, melted centre. The best kind of cookie in my opinion!
